How long does a 'BYOL for Groups' membership last? Can I extend or continue the membership?

Group memberships last for 1 year from the date of sign up. You are welcome to purchase another year's membership for your group at the end of the year by contacting us at: [email protected]

If individuals from your group would like to continue with their own personal membership after the year is up please contact Stephen, our Head of Student Zen, who will be able to help with all individual student memberships: [email protected]

Can my group of 10 friends be in different cities?

Yes - they can be based anywhere.

What happens if one member of my group wants to cancel?

We are unable to facilitate the swapping of individuals or the inclusion of additional members within your Group for the duration of your 12 month group subscription.

Is there a refund available if someone drops out of my group?

We are sorry, but as this is a really heavily discounted offer, no refunds can be made.

Do subscriptions have to start on the first day of the month?

No, subscriptions start on the date you receive your email from us with your login details - this will enable you to access all of the training videos and member exclusive content.

Does my group of students all need to come from the same school?

No they dont. You can combine with other schools to make up your group.

Can instructors get full access to assess and monitor all registered students?

At this time we don't have an instructor or tutor dashboard to monitor students' course progress. This is something we may add in the future.

Do your courses include subtitles?

All of our videos include English subtitles for the hearing impaired, we are looking to add more languages in the future.

How quickly can my group be set up in your system?

Very quickly. Usually within just a few business days.

Does each group member need an email address?

Yes they do. Subscriptions are set up for individuals using their own email address and their own password which they can use to login to their own account. We recommend students use their personal email addresses so that they will always have access to their projects, course progress and certificates in the future after the group subscription expires.

Can I swap students or add other students to a group booking?

We are unable to facilitate the swapping of individuals or the inclusion of additional members within your Group for the duration of your 12 month Group Subscription. Should you wish to incorporate a new staff member or enroll an additional student into a class, they will need to have their own subscription at the usual standard cost for a full 12 months, or on a monthly basis at the standard monthly rate per-person.
