How do I make a group booking?
Every group is different so we’d love to get to know a little more about you so we can take the best care of you.

How long does a ‘BYOL for Groups’ membership last? Can I extend or continue the membership?
Group memberships last for 1 year from the date of sign up. You are welcome to purchase another year’s membership for your group at the end of the year by contacting us at: [email protected]
If individuals from your group would like to continue with their own personal membership after the year is up please contact Stephen, our Head of Student Zen, who will be able to help with all individual student memberships: [email protected]
Can my group of 10 friends be in different cities?
Yes - they can be based anywhere.
What happens if one member of my group wants to cancel?
You can swap another person in to replace them to use up whatever time is left on their 12 month subscription. Contact us at [email protected] for any changes and we will be in touch.
Is there a refund available if someone drops out of my group?
We are sorry, but as this is a really heavily discounted offer, no refunds will be made but you can replace a group member if you need to.
Can we sign up for 10 students, add five now and five at a later date?
Yes, you can do this but all ten subscriptions would start and end on the same date.
Do subscriptions have to start on the first day of the month?
No, subscriptions start on the date you receive your email from us with your login details - this will enable you to access all of the training videos and member exclusive content.
Does my group of students all need to come from the same school?
No they dont. You can combine with other schools to make up your group.
Can instructors get full access to assess and monitor all registered students?
At this time we don’t have an instructor or tutor dashboard to monitor students' course progress. This is something we may add in the future.
Do your courses include subtitles?
All of our videos include English subtitles for the hearing impaired, we are looking to add more languages in the future.
How quickly can my group be set up in your system?
Very quickly. Usually within just a few business days.
Does each group member need an email address?
Yes they do. Subscriptions are set up for individuals using their own email address and their own password which they can use to login to their own account. We recommend students use their personal email addresses so that they will always have access to their projects, course progress and certificates in the future after the group subscription expires.
