Uh, you knew it was coming. It's class, project time, uh, back and remover. So the client has asked you to make a concept and they're thinking about running like a, a series of, uh, Friday inspiration posts. Uh, make one concept. So it's a post. It's gonna include two things, photo and a quote, basically what we did in the last video.
But for your own stuff, uh, the photo, you can either get it from Canva or from another website like a Unsplash or pixels. Um, in terms of the ones from Canva, some of these already are cropped. Okay? Find one that's not. So do a search under the photo section. So elements, find photos, okay?
And find something that might work for you. You might have to, if you're using the free version, find the free ones. You can use the paid ones if you have access to the paid ones, but just avoid the ones that are on a white background. I want you to experiment with like what happens with different ones. And also even if you get a really good result, like me, I want you to go inside of the background remover and play around with the erase, restore. Even if you reset it afterwards, just have a play around with it.
Just get a sense of how it works. And then I want you to mix it in with the text. So what we've got, photo from Canva. Remove the background, experiment with the tools, add a quote, something that relative to your industry. You know, if you are the, uh, tattoo studio or the, you know, something else, find some, do a Google search for quotes about X and then I want you to break it into parts. So finding something that is small and short is quite helpful.
Then break it into lines and get it to overlap like we did in the last video. Just something, it doesn't have to be super spectacular. Just give it a shot. Play with layers, play with the background remover. See how it goes. And like I said in the last one, it can be tricky, you know, like if you are finding it really hard to make this quote work, find another quote, something shorter or longer, like I'm thinking something that has a couple more lines to kind of fill this up would be nice.
And what I'm thinking is it's a different image that I need. I experimented with a bunch of them trying to get this one working. So yeah, have a play. Don't spend too long, just get it going and then I want you to post it. Okay? So share it as part of your class projects and then share it on social media.
Tag me, share it in the groups. I do like seeing this one, so if you do posting it, make sure you do share it online and tag me. I love seeing what you guys make. And again, remember you post one, you give feedback onto other ones. That's the deal. Alright?
Uh, enjoy playing with the background remover and then frustratingly jiggling around. Text to join, get it to fit and overlap. Good luck.
